Iliásics Erika
Head Nurse

I was born in 1982 in Szigetvár. From an early age, I was deeply interested in the structure of the human body and anatomy. For this reason, I spent my secondary school years at the Zrínyi Miklós High School and Health Vocational School in Szigetvár, where I obtained a nursing qualification in 2001. After graduating, I continued my studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs, where I earned a degree in Health Education in 2006. During this time, I worked as a nurse at the Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Pécs for 8 years, providing bedside care in three shifts. Although I graduated as a teacher, my time spent with patients made me realize that healthcare played a much more significant role in my life than education.
In 2010, I began working at the Kaáli Institute in Kaposvár. My clinical experience opened up new and challenging opportunities in fertility treatment, which became so close to my heart that I have continued to provide patient care in this field, applying my best professional knowledge. In 2023, I obtained my second degree in nursing from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs. My thesis focused on examining the health status of couples undergoing assisted reproductive treatment, comparing lifestyle factors with the outcome of treatment success. In my work, I consider it important to provide psychological guidance and support to couples involved in fertility treatment.
